HOW DO YOU CHARGE?

DO I NEED TO BUY CONTAINERS BEFORE YOU ARRIVE?
No. Please gather any containers you may already own, and we will assess those at our consultation. We can work with what you have, make suggestions if you’d like to purchase new ones, or even shop for you to create a cohesive and lovely look. Whether you prefer see-through plastic containers, the natural look of wicker, or anything in between, our goal is to create spaces that are both functional and joyful to you!
ARE YOUR SERVICES CONFIDENTIAL?
Yes. We know that it may feel vulnerable to bring a stranger into your personal space. Rest assured, our services are 100% confidential. We abide by the NAPO Code of Ethics and recognize that you are inviting us into your home. Your information stays private and respected at all times.
CAN YOU HELP MY RELATIVE EVEN IF I CAN’T BE THERE?
Yes. Many of our clients are part of the “sandwich” generation who are concerned about aging parents in addition to taking care of their own young children. We are happy to consult with your relative to see if decluttering, organizing, or downsizing would be a service that they desire. Our goal is to provide support, create solutions, and provide hands-on help for your loved one’s organizing needs.
CAN YOU CONNECT ME WITH OTHER SERVICE PROFESSIONALS?
Yes. Sometimes our clients need additional help to complete a home project. We can connect you with an interior designer, a real-estate agent, a landscape company, or other service professionals to help with many aspects of home improvement upon request.
CAN GETTING ORGANIZED HELP MINIMIZE MY STRESS?
Yes! Many people don’t realize how much stress is caused by disorganization. Our time together will create a “home” for everything, so you’ll be able to find what you need when you need it. Getting organized has a beautiful ripple effect. The process shifts how you view yourself and how you view your life. It’s transformative!
